MEET THE TEAM

GREG EASON JR., FOUNDING PRINCIPAL

With extensive experience as a real estate development manager and investor, Greg is passionate about leveraging capital to stabilize investments and secure returns for partners. He has built a portfolio focused on enhancing consumer experiences in emerging markets. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Quantitative Economics, Greg has a proven track record in managing successful projects.

NATE JESTER, FOUNDING PRINCIPAL

Nate brings a wealth of expertise from his background as a commercial real estate attorney, working on mid- and large-scale real estate transactions. Born and raised in Atlanta, Nate is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Harvard Law School, and a former infantry officer in the U.S. Marines. Nate combines his military leadership experience and legal experience with a commitment to community service.

Pastor Eason, Senior ADVISOR

With over 35 years of pastoral experience, Pastor Eason has successfully revitalized historic urban congregations. His leadership in projects like Renaissance Walk for Big Bethel AME (a $33.8 million, 158 unit mixed-use condominium project) demonstrates his ability to blend ministry with community development. A graduate of Morris Brown College with a Doctorate of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary, Pastor Eason is dedicated to fostering relationships that benefit local communities.
